Wishlist and Compare

In this section, you can configure Wishlist and Compare options.

Please note you should install an app to operate the Wishlist and Compare functionality on your store.

You can use a free Basic Wishlist app to help store the desired products and simplify the purchasing process for your customers.

Wishlist

Wishlist type

Here you can choose what app to use: “Default (Wishlist app)” or “Growave app”. Shella theme already includes the code needed for the listed apps. If you enable the Default (Wishlist app), the “Wishlist” button will be shown both in the header and by each product.

If you want to hide the Wishlist button or to use another app, select the “Disable” option.

Compare

Compare type

Here you can select whether to use the “Default (Wishlist app)”. Shella theme already includes the code needed for the following app. If you enable this option, the “Compare” button will be shown both in the header and by each product:

If you want to hide the display of the Compare button or use another app, select the “Disable” option.

Compare - Wishlist app

You can also decide, which information about the product should be shown in the compare popup, which appears when you click on the “Compare” button in the header, e.g.: description, collection, availability, type, vendor, SKU, barcode, options (such as size and color). You can even choose what number of characters should be shown in the product´s description. For this purpose, you have a scale where you can set the number of characters from 20 to 400 characters:
