# Form

**Form width on desktop**\
Control how wide the contact form appears on desktop screens (50-100%).

**Slide animation**\
Makes the contact form appear with a smooth sliding motion from the side.

**Slide from**\
Choose where the form slides in from:

* **Left** – the form appears from the left side of the screen.
* **Right** – the form arises from the right side of the screen.
