# Tab item

Use the blocks to set up the tab's content.

**Tip:** Press **"Add block"** to use the block. Each block can be added individually and customized in different ways.

**Open by default**\
Displays a tab opened by default. This option works in conjunction with the "Show as accordion" option.

Add content to the tab using the following blocks: **"Page content"**, **"Product description"**, and **"Text"**.\
**Tip:** Press **"Add block"** to use the block.

Optionally, insert a text paragraph in the **"Text"** placeholder and select a page in the source selector.\
Alternatively, connect only a page with the block using the source selector:

* Press the **"Select"** button to choose the existing page from the list;
* Or create a new page by pressing the **"Create page"** button. You will be redirected to your *Shopify admin -> Online Store -> Pages*, where you can add a new page.
