# Search

The block includes the settings to customize the Search bar.

## Search

#### Categories

Configure search categories to help customers narrow their search results.

**Show category selector**\
Activate the option to display the "All categories" button next to the Search bar. By activating the option, the following settings will be shown:

**Category**\
In the picker, decide whether to assign the suggested category to the product type or vendor.

**Filters**\
Enter the filter values that will be available in the category selector. Separate multiple values with commas.\
*Example:* FusionGlobe, HorizonX, NexusWorks, QuantumTech, StellarTech, TechSphere.

**Labels**\
Enter the labels displayed to customers for each filter option. Labels must match the order and number of values entered in **"Filters"**.

**Search categories divider**\
Set a divider color.\
Divider displays between search categories and other search content to improve organization and readability.

#### **Product suggestions**

**Show product suggestions**\
This option should be enabled to display a list of available products in the pop-up below the search box after entering a search term into the search input field.\
The product suggestions work on both desktop and mobile devices.\

By enabling the described option, the following settings will be shown:

**Show vendor**\
Enable the option to display a product vendor.

**Show price**\
Tick the checkbox to display the product price.

### Edit the text of the "All categories" button

**Tip:** The text of the "All categories" button can be edited in your *Shopify admin -> Edit default theme content -> Theme content*.

* Press the dotted \[...] button in the top right corner of the settings panel to navigate to Theme content:

* Then, choose the tab **"General"** and scroll down to the search settings:
