# Purchase notifications

## Purchase notifications

**Collection**\
Select the collection whose products will be used in the purchase notifications. Products are randomly selected from the chosen collection and displayed in the popup.

**Maximum products**\
Sets the number of products from 3 to 20 that are generated in the purchase notifications.

**Notification interval**\
Controls how often purchase notifications appear on the screen. The duration can be set from 5 to 60 seconds.\ <mark style="color:orange;">**Note!**</mark> The actual interval may vary by up to ±3 seconds to create a more natural appearance.

**Start the countdown only after the popup is closed**\
When enabled, the interval countdown begins only after the current notification is closed. This prevents multiple notifications from appearing too quickly and gives customers more time to view each popup.

### Edit the notification text

**Tip:** The text can be edited in your *Shopify admin -> Edit default theme content -> Theme content*.

* Press the dotted \[...] button in the top right corner of the settings panel to navigate to Theme content:

* Then, choose the tab **"Product notifications"** and edit the text and locations displayed in the pop-up:
