Footer

"Footer" is the section where you can apply settings to data at the very bottom that will be displayed on every page of a store.

This section can be edited with two blocks such as "Menu" and "Text".

To display the full-width logo under the Footer blocks on mobile and desktop, activate the "Show logo" option. This option requires enabling the "Show picture logo" option in Theme settings -> Logo.

Here is how the logo might display in the section:

If you need to display the email subscription field, enable the option "Show email signup". In the "Heading", paste the headline for the Subscription.

The "Subtext" field allows adding descriptive text for the subscribers.

Subscribers will be automatically added to the customer list in Shopify admin. The complete information can be found in the following article.

Tip: The input texts can be edited in your Shopify admin -> Edit default theme content-> Theme Content.

Press the dotted [...] button in the top left corner to navigate to Theme content:

Then, choose the tab "Newsletter" and edit the text lines:

Enable "Show social media icons" to display social buttons. To connect icons with the social accounts, paste links in Theme settings -> Social media. Check this help page for details.

To allow customers to follow your store using the Shop app, activate the "Enable Follow on Shop" checkbox. For more details about this feature, check the initial documentation.

Country/region selector

The currency switcher will be displayed in the bottom left corner with the ticked "Enable country/region selector". This option requires additional settings that you can apply in Shopify admin -> Settings -> Payments. Learn more in the initial documentation.

Language selector

Here you can enable the language selector that will be displayed in the bottom right corner of the Footer. And will be displayed with the initiated languages in your Shopify admin -> Settings -> Languages. Check this help page for details.

Payment Method

To display the payment icons, enable the "Show payment icons" option. Make sure payment methods are configured in Shopify admin -> Settings -> Payments. Learn more in the initial documentation.
