Use the current section to apply changes to all products in the entire store.

"Pre-order" status

The "Add to Cart" button will be modified to the "Pre-order" button after applying the described settings.

Activate the "Enable "Pre-order" for backordered products" option to display the "Pre-order" badge and "Pre-order" button for all the products with the corresponding configurations set in your admin.

The background color of the "Pre-order" badge and "Pre-order" button can be changed using the "Background" color picker.

The following configurations in the admin are required to display the "Pre-order" status for the desired products:

Step 1

Go to your Shopify admin -> Products. Then select a product.

Step 2

Set the following settings for the desired product variant in the "Inventory" block:

• Activate the "Inventory tracked" switcher.

• Tick the "Continue selling when out of stock" checkbox.

The "Pre-order" status will be displayed for product variants that are out of stock.
