Popups

In this section group, you can add a popup and chat services to appear on every page when browsing a store.

Read the instructions on customizing the popup in the provided help page.

Chat services

In the "Position" drop-down set the chat button location on store pages. The button can be displayed at the "Bottom right", "Bottom left", "Middle right", or "Middle left" of the screen on all screen sizes.

Service

Use the current block to add chat links to the Services popup for quick customer support.

In the "Link" field, add the external link to your social account.

Use the "Title" field to add the corresponding chat service.

The "Icon" drop-down includes pre-set icons for WhatsApp, Telegram, Snapchat, WeChat, Viber, and Messenger. Select the "Custom image" option to add your image in the "Image" picker.
